There is a script by Peter Kahrel which just does exactly what you’re looking for.

Adobe InDesign teamAn error occurred while saving the comment No it is not.
Situation:
I have 10pages of document. Then i will open links panel, select 18 links od 5 diferent pages (nothing selected on page) then run the script. Script will delete all unlocked graphis and left Empty Frame. Idea is: I will select 20 links on links panel then click on trash icon and all frames with this links will be deleted on multiple pages.An error occurred while saving the comment OR can you please add Trash icon in the links panels? Like this:

is in czech but..
EXE script have many function, one of them is export always next to indd file in to PDF folder (if PDF folder not exist, it will create one)
and put the file name in to "name field" without extension
