The fix of the issue is now available in the latest InDesign 2022(v17.0.0.96). We recommend you upgrade to the latest version for the fix.
If you are unable to see the update, go to the Creative Cloud application and click on the context menu on the top right and click on Check for App Updates.

Issue has been fixed in InDesign 13.0 release. If you need a fix in 12.1 version, please follow kbdoc at https://helpx.adobe.com/indesign/kb/troubleshoot-issues-indesign-cc-2017_1.html

in my main office I use the 12.1.0.56 x64 Build. That might explain the
problem.
Unfortunately that company can't use the permanently updating CC version
because of the firewall. However, I've there applied for the 2018 version
(for a while now...) which will then probably fix the problem. Keeping
fingers crossed that I'll have it before your 2019 release ;-)At home I have the regular CC subscription for freelancing - but as I (so
far) never worked with tables there, I didn't know the issue was already
fixed.
