  3. I want a generic command to repeat the least command I executed. Like control-Y does in the much-hated MS Word....Saves time.

    I know what you mean! I suffered from this inconvenience for a long time too. Now the first thing I do when I open someone else's document is to run this script, that sets up Units & Increments that convenient for me. May be it can be useful for someone else.
