The fix for this issue is available in the InDesign PreRelease build(v19.3.0.037) and above.

Fix is available in the latest update of InDesign.
Please update your copy of InDesign to the latest available update via CCD app.

I have the same problem today. What a bunch of amateurs to create a program that can't even create a new document.
I've now wasted an hour of my work time on this, upgraded to 16.4.3. It still doesn' t work.
And I had to create an account and agree to you terms and condition just to get some help for a service I pay for.
You guys are VAMPIRES. You just suck as much as you can get; money, time, and energy. Can't wait until you go the same way as QuarkXpress.
