   We have made some Performance Improvements in the latest InDesign Release 2025 (Version 20.1), available via Creative Cloud Desktop application. This issue has also been fixed as part of performance improvements.

    »Shared hyperlink destinations« seems to cause many problems. Please uncheck that box by default.

    And when doing this, please change http:// to https:// (adding the s after the p). Also a very time consuming issue.

    I do not want to change the Internet of course. But this is not about file names but the title of the document.

    A space is allowed for example.
    But / and - are not allowed. As far as I know - is allowed in ordinary file names in the internet.

    So this is forbidden, for example:

    Publish Online is not following the general naming rules of "the Internet".
