Saving as idml changes table column widths

InDesign version 21.5.1 ME saving as idml changes table column widths.
We are using Windows 11 Pro. Coworkers have the same issues.

    Same on Mac Intel in standard edition (not ME) 21.5.1
    Bug not present in 21.3 -- downgraded.
    Interestingly last edition of v 20.5.5 also seems to have this issue (to confirm).
