pannels
sometimes panels like Links, Layer are not opening by command or clicking in Window menu, then I got a solution for this issue i.e. change the workspace to another and comeback to your old one, it will help you. But it'll be an issue for everyone else. So please solve this issue in next update.

this is the same as 3 other posts titled
"collapsed panels on the right side won't open"
"Clicking icons (sometimes) does not open the palette"
"palettes stay closed"my current workaround is assign R as a shortcut to reset my workspace
