selecting text boxes
InDesign 20.2 Mac M1 Sequoia 15.4.1. When I click a text box to select it, nothing happens until I jiggle the mouse. When this happens the corner boxes appear. However, many times when I click, nothing appears selected. This bug is unsettling. This is why I prefer to use InDesign 19 for important jobs. The text block in the attached screen shot has been single clicked.

ID 20.3.1, MacMini 2018, Sequoia 15.4.1. Same pb: either text or image block is selected, no angle handles figure out until mouse is removed outside of the block. This hapens even with only one block on test page. Big loss of time on complex layout with dozens of superimposed blocks.

The textframe SEEMS to not be selected. After moving the cursor away from the textframe (or use the hand-cursow and move the view a bit) you see it is selected. ALso you see it is selected in the object styles palet. But I agree it is frustrating
