Table formats don't work at all
ID 2019 - 2021
1. Create a table format with table frame 1 pt and apply to a table without stroke - no change.
2. Create a cell format with 1 pt stroke, nest in the table format and apply - no change. See video.
3. Apply the cell format to a cell - at first no change. You must manually use the button that removes deviations. See the other video.
Conclusion: neither table formats nor cell formats correctly override the current formatting of a table.
