indesign review keeps reverting to resolved
This happens very frequently.
I will be going through user comments given online in the Indesign Review tab. As I do them I resolve them. This works fine.
But then suddenly and randomly it will just decide to change my filter to show all resolved! Then all the old issues magically appear in the tab again until I go back to filter and unselect the Resolved button.
Then it happens again. And again. It happens only when I go to change something in the document but it doesn't seem to matter what type of issue i'm doing. Replacing text. Deleting, etc.
I'm also finding that comments are taking a few minutes to get from the web into indesign as i keep seeing the little wheel turning a lot.

Yep, it's December and this issue still isn't resolved. It didn't start for me until about a week ago. I love the review function and it absolutely makes life easier for everyone, but this "resolve" bug along with the inability to copy and paste text from the review panel feels like a big step back and makes my UX very unpleasant.

Agreed, makes the entire review process unusable. I will sway my clients away from using it until it's fixed. It takes 3x as long to make a change! Unacceptable.

Agree with Sarah. It happens when I click and highlight text to make an update. Then it's hard to see that filters are applied since it looks the same. I want to use this feature of the app but it still seems very buggy after all this time.

Also having this issue too, it's really annoying – especially in the latter stages just before a deadline…

I've been having this issue as well... Like you, it only happens when changing something in the document (for example, part of a text box) that previously had a comment mapped to it. Very frustrating.

I am also having this issue. It seems to add the filter if I click where a resolved comment was located. This is irritating, especially since it's hard to see when the filter has been applied.
