Hide Frame Edges Keyboard Shortcut is Not Working
Mac OS Catalina 10.15.6
Adobe InDesign 15.1.2
Expected result: The keyboard shortcut (Control + Command + H) is supposed to show and hide frame edges.
Actual result: The keyboard shortcut does not work. I've tried quitting InDesign and restarting. I've tried shutting down my Macbook and restarting. The keyboard shortcut still does not work.

I was having this problem, as well. The culprit turned out to be a browser extension called Loom which is used to record video of a browser window. Once I turned that off, they started working again. That said, there are a lot of possible culprits. See this thread for more suggestions: https://community.adobe.com/t5/indesign-discussions/option-key-shortcuts-not-working-in-indesign/m-p/9854389
