The culprit turned out to be a browser extension called Loom which is used to record video of a browser window. Once I turned that off, they started working again. That said, there are a lot of possible culprits. I was having this problem, as well. The culprit turned out to be a browser extension called Loom which is used to record video of a browser window. Once I turned that off, they started working again.
