opens two documents
When i open a document a random second document opens, usually something i had been working on earlier. Double click file A and it opens, and then File Z opens as well without the command to do so

Same here - and it's not even a file that had been crashed recently but rather a more or less random file I worked on lately and that was closed without malfunctions.

Further to this, clicking a document opens extra new windows for the same doc. Very annoying!
