Unable to export to pdf

Hi there, I am unable to package some of the InDesign files I am working on at the moment. It shows the error messages attached. Initially, it showed a conversion error however now this no longer shows and it just refuses to allow me to export to pdf and therefore package the document. I have no idea how to fix the issue as it doesn't give any indication at to why it isn't working which is super frustrating.

    I am trying to export a project, there appear to be no errors in the project. However, when I try to export to PDF I get this error message "1 problem (1 failure) was found with a background task:"

    Thank you.
    The issue occurs no matter what I export to (PDF X1/X3 / PDF X4 / standard). I just sent you an email with a link to the packaged doc via Dropbox.

    Hi Jemma

    Do you face the issue only when you export to PDF X1/X3 or with a standard set? Please try exporting with the default High Quality Preset or PDF X4 preset, and share the results.

    Also, it would be great if you can share the files with us at anasgupt@adobe.com. It will help us debug the issue.
