Make the CC Library popup notes legible
Using CC Libraries in InDesign 2022, 2023+ has been very helpful. However, I find that the notes added to the object are illegible. Doesn't matter what color I make the interface or which monitor or monitor resolution I set, when I hoover my mouse over the library object the pop out note text is a light grey on a grey background and difficult to read.
Can we had some user level adjustment so those library items can be zoomed or to change them so the text is black with a white background while we are hovering over them?
Thank you.

Please add InDesign as a supported Creative Cloud file type
I was very excited to learn more about CC files and libraries during Max. I wanted to start implementing CC files to take advantage of versions and file sharing. It's very disappointing to learn that InDesign isn't currently a program that's supported for CC file saving. Please add it.

PLEASE give senior discounts to Adobe products.
Senior citizens who have used Adobe products when they were employed would like to continue but because of fixed income cannot afford the monthly fee. Can you please give discounts like you do students?

Drag text to library and create a link
When I drag
n
drop a text to the library-panel there is is NO link betrween the textframe and the library-item.
I have to delet the textframe and drag´n´dop it back to the document to create a link.Is that smart?
I wish I could drag a text to the library and create a link in one step.

Adobe's Collaborate should alert user when someone else is viewing/ editing the file
InDesign Files shared with team members through Adobe's Collaborate features do not alert users when someone else is viewing/ editing a file. Instead, conflicted copies are created.
A team member opening a file someone else is viewing / editing should see an alert to avoid the creation of conflicting copies / improve collaboration.
Without this, our team is unlikely to use Adobe's Collaborate feature.

Use links with CC Libraries
I think it would be great to be able to use linked files in CC Libraries. We have a lot of master art on shared drives, and it wouldn't be practical to have it all in the cloud in a Library. For our team, this would be a huge addition... to store a shard-drive link to the file and a thumbnail, instead of uploading the entire asset.

TYPEKIT FONTS - same download / deletion timeframe as the apps themselves! offline usage necessary
WHY? are you tighter and stricter on tiny fonts and more flexible on big apps (i.e. 30 days offline access)?
HOW? do i use CC apps offline and design text work without FONTS?
if you can limit access to apps to the end of subscription, and you can limit font access by requiring being online, ergo you can design access to your components anywhere on the timeline between those 2 endpoints. it makes zero sense to be flex on offline app access, then strict and tight on offline typekit font access. cool on the larger and jerks on the smaller?…4 votes -
Import controls for Libraries
Provide an option to control how a Library item imports into InDesign. Since Libraries created from AI are treated as PDF, they place with the Bounding Box (Visible Layers) option if the user hadn't changed the PDF Import options. There is no way to control the import into Photoshop, as Photoshop doesn't remember the last PDF import option, unlike InDesign.

CC Library Issues
In our pre-press workflow we package jobs for archiving which includes pulling copies of files down from CC libraries. It would seem that each new library names files sequentially 'Artwork 01, Artwork 02' etc. A significant problem arises when you need to use jobs from multiple sources to create something like a folio. You then have multiple copies of - say - Artwork 01 which the software then rename Artwork 01-1, etc. Best would be if filenames could either be determined or are sourced from the filename when elements are added.

Invite To Edit for InDesign
Just wondering if we might one day see an Cloud Based Invite To Edit feature similar to the Illustrator and Photoshop feature for InDesign? I assume this might come when there is a iPad capable version for iPad? While it is not needed all the time I sometimes have to share a file to be edited by internal people in a company and it would be great if it could be shared and collaborated on so there is one master version of the file instead of sharing and then having an outdated file after they have done updates or changes.

Allow Extensis Suitcase to Connect to Adobe Fonts Subscription
I understand that this isn't a specific InDesign feature request, but I can't seem to find any way to put in a feature request for Adobe Fonts.
Until, and unless, Adobe decides to create a full-featured font management software package, it would be great if for subscribers of Extensis Suitcase that we could link our Adobe account to access fonts from within Suitcase much the same way we can access Google fonts.

Auto save every change to Creative Cloud and Dropbox
There really needs to be an auto save like you find in Office 365 & Google Docs. I know it has a background auto recovery but I don't trust that. It would make everything easier if every action was auto saved via cloud to the original file. Of course, still keep the back up recovery save feature.

CC Library Paste in Place option
When using CC libraries, it would be very useful to be able to 'paste in place' an element into the layout. For magazine design I have many elements that I need to be able to paste in the location on the page, gutter photo credits, folios, etc. This was an option in a regular library but not in CC.

Creative Cloud Documents - File Open facility needs vital features
I think one of the most important facilities for making good use of Cloud Docs will be document management. I have been extremely frustrated by the total lack of such features in the recent Document Open interface, which just lists some very small number of recent docs, without any consideration of folders, projects, clients, or other important organizational features. The OS provides us with hierarchical folders that can do a fairly good job of organizing the dozens (sometimes hundreds) of files on a project or for a client, but without some facilities for that purpose, I can see the proliferation…

CC Library
Allow inline placed text to be linked the way objects are. I.E., multiple formatted text objects from the library in one text frame, but individually linked beginning and end points, similar to a data merge tag.

Save CC prefs across devices
Seems pretty basic: remember my CC app prefs as soon as I login. So if I get a new computer and login, I don't accidentally download all apps in a language different to what my language setting was on the old machine.

Saved searches in CC Libraries
It would be great to be able to share searches via CC libraries, for example GREP searches in InDesign are extremely usable but not all users have the knowledge to create them. To be able to share them with your team would be very useful

asset managers for images
Have an option to directly import from desktop to CC libraries images (jpg, etc.) to have them ready available to insert into the document. As well have an oversight of which images/graphic have been already used in the document.
This would facilitate creation of photo-books, catalogues, encyclopaedias, etc. Any sort of document where certain assets are to be used, especially when multiple similar assets are available and they have to be chosen according to the rest of the layout
