Rule above, Role below: Width columne except text
Please make it possible to create a line below (paragraph rules) that is as long as the column, but the text is not underlined.
This would make it easy to create form fields

A work around I've found is using both the rule above and rule below. Shift the rule above down to overlap the rule below. then Set the one that is on top to paper color and width of the text. Set the other to the line color you want.
