Save PDFs in Black and White
Currently to get my pdfs in black and white I either have to edit each photo individually or I have to export it from indisegn, pull into photoshop, turn black and white, then bring it into illustrator to save as a pdf. This is ludicrous. There should just be an option to save a pdf of the document in black and white. This has been on the community boards for over 4 years and still isn't done.

Yes, it will be good to have a single solution for a single problem. I was also worried about this and tried a lot of other PDF editing software, in which I found Supertool more productive and capable of getting my PDFs in black and white and it also can change PDF color.

You can export in grayscale, see settings in picture. Try different "Dot Gain XX%" for different grayscale output (i use 15, 20 or 25, based on content).
