Under the Type menu, you can choose Change Case > Title Case. If you wish, you can assign a keyboard shortcut to it.

Is there a way to apply this as part of a paragraph style so it doesn't have to be repeatedly applied manually? I can't seem to find it anywhere in setting up a paragraph style so I'm guessing the answer is no. - Morgan Williams, MW Design
