Production notes
It would be great if I'd have the possibility to add notes to areas which are only internal. Often you have to make tweaks to get the result you want, but when you have to produce the next version, probably a year later, you don't know anymore, why you did what in this way. If I could add notes it would be very helpful.

This would not only be useful for the forgetful among us, but also for providing instructions in teams for final artwork and print preparation (i.e. die lines, placeholder images, conditional text).
