Fix bug that makes windows invisible/inaccessible on opening InDesign
Every time I first open InDesign, all the windows are invisible/inaccessible, or the window icons are visible but they don't open. The only solution I've found is to quit and reopen the program, sometimes multiple times. Using InDesign on Mac with High Sierra. Application Frame is off.

same issue and reinstalling the app worked, but not sure for how long

Temporary fix is to restart InDesign with SHIFT-CMD-OPT-CTRL pressed and wipe the entire preferences to reset the application frame, but I'd prefer Adobe fixes this.

I'm having this same problem using the same Mac OS High Sierra. Windows are missing on startup even if I open up a document I can't see it to work on it. For some reason after quitting InDesign and restarting it works and looks normal and the windows launch, but it is frustrating because every day since the last update it starts off with missing windows until I quit and relaunch it.
