We have recently started development work on Convert PDF to INDD. Going forward, we will keep adding more functionality and refining it.
The feature is available as a Beta feature in InDesign 19.5 Beta version, available via the CCD app.
Note: For now, it is available only when InDesign's install language is English (North America or International).
Please provide us feedback on this Beta feature. Looking forward to hearing your feedback.

There are few ways to convert a PDF file to INDD (Indesign) file.
Using converter Plugin
2. Create it manually3. Use Acrobat's OCR on the PDF
4. Manually Recreate
5. Markzware Plug-in
6. Directly Import PDF to InDesign
I suggest you to use the plugin.

Scalable UI feature is now available in the latest version of InDesign – InDesign 2022. Please get the latest version of InDesign from the Creative Cloud Desktop app. — Adobe InDesign team

Don’t forget to restart InDesign after making those changes. InDesign scales based on the operating system scaling factor for your monitor.

An error occurred while saving the comment Pistle Jumbo commentedTheoretically, it could be possible to create an ID stert-up for File > Open that runs an OS delete file <some-part-of-the-filename.idlk> command when the file has fully opened on Sharepoint. No idea of the consequences, though. Perhaps there's a Sharepoint method of disabling its file-locking for ID files, which is a good reason to check with Sharepoint forums or tech support.
GPU acceleration - using a graphics card to do graphics-intensive tasks that the CPU would otherwise have to do - has transformed 3D and compositing on desktop and laptop computers. Here's a short video from Eyon that illustrates this and is a good primer for anyone unfamiliar with the concept.
