Undo for Indesign does not work consistently for v21.5.1

Undo for Indesign does not work consistently for v21.5.1. I have to quit and restart. I will work again, but then randomly stop working and I have to restart again. On MacBook Pro Nov 2024, OS Tahoe 26.5.1
