InDesign deletes alt text when updating images - STOP IT
Please stop removing alt text every time an image is updated. I worked for hours on that alt text and it has been completely deleted. More work for me now.

To help us investigate this issue more thoroughly, could you please share the workflow you were using when this occurred? If possible, a screen recording showing the steps and a test file would be greatly appreciated.
Kindly help us with the version information as well.

On second thought - indesign deletes ALT text whenever it feels like it. Remove alt text as an option because you suck at it. This was a lot of work and it's happened TWICE already that you've deleted my work. I'd like reimbursement frankly.
