Exported Interactive PDF Does Not Match Reading Order
I've spend days establishing reading order in InDesign (reverse order in layers panel) but, when exported to interactive PDF, Acrobat is NOT matching this order.
I have a 200-page document with nine text-based buttons in addition to other content, all carefully arranged in order on multiple parent pages, then overridden on each page of the document (to avoid the form field error in Acrobat's accessibility tests). Now I have to go through each of the 200 pages in Acrobat and fix the order.
Despite this being report 'fixed' in InDesign 2020, it is most definitely not. When on earth are Adobe going to fix the long list of bugs in the InDesign/Acrobat accessible PDF workflow? I must have wasted weeks over the past three years trying to work around and fix the many, many issues.
