The "show import options" box will not stay checked in the "Place" window. Sometimes it does stay checked for one or two items but if you are importing more than that it will not stay checked.

Previously it stayed checked until the next time that inDesign was restarted. This may seem minor but is an extreme inconvenience and severely hindering workflow.

Steps to reproduce:
1. While working in document, Control+D (or "File>Place")
2. Sees "Show Import Options" is unchecked, check box
3. Place object
4. Control+D to place new object
5. Sees "Show Import Options" is unchecked AGAIN, re-check box
6. Place new object
7. Repeat ad nauseam

Expected result: When "Show Import Options" is checked after first use, it will stay checked until the program is shut down and re-opened.

Actual result: Not that.
