Selecting placed file no longer selects that file in the Links window.
In InDesign 2025 and earlier, selecting a placed file (such as a placed Photoshop background) used to select and highlight that file in the Links window. In ID 2026, it no longer does that. This was an invaluable feature for those of us that have hundreds of linked files and need to use the Edit In function. Can you please bring back the feature.

In 2025, you could click on a placed Photoshop file and that file would automatically be selected in the Links window. This was very helpful, but now, I can't even find the file in the Links window out of the other hundred PSD files.
