Alert: "Incompatible file detected. Please choose a valid file to proceed" for scenarios when User Settings can not be imported
When I try to export user settings from GA, Beta or Pre-release and import into any of the others I get the error
'Incompatible file detected. Please choose a valid file to proceed.’
The current pre-release cannot even import a settings file from 6 months ago
