When using InDesign without the application frame ("Anwendungsrahmen" in the german version we use) active, opening multiple documents and trying to arrange them with any of the options in Windows > Arrange ("Fenster" > "Anordnen") the windows are arranged according to the deactivated/invisible application frame and not the full screen as in previous versions. Also, when the application frame is scaled to the full screen and then deactivated, the arranged windows keep a thin row on the bottom of the screen free (and overlap in the vertical center by this amount). 2. Steps to reproduce:

3. Deactivate the application frame Window > Application frame ("Anwendungsrahmen")

4. Create multiple documents (in this example 4 documents)

5. Use the command Window > Arrange > "Neben-/Untereinander"

6. Windows are arranged according to the deactivated/invisible application frame instead of the full screen area.

7. Expected result:
   Windows arranged within the available screen area as in previous version (see attached screenshot "InDesign CC2025.png", this shows the correct behaviour in InDesign CC 2025)

8. Actual result:
   Windows are arranged according to the deactivated/invisible application frame instead of the full screen area. Also, the bottom row overlaps the row above.
