Up until recently, when I shared InDesign files, I was able to open the CC Desktop app, go to Files > Files, and there would be a direct link to my online files. That very convenient feature has disappeared completely. My workaround has been to add an internet shortcut to my Windows Explorer files.

I have been told that it was removed because of problems on the backend with InDesign, but if that were the case, then I would have also been able to access that direct link in CC Desktop for files shared from Photoshop or Illustrator. It's bad enough that the Acrobat files are in a completely different area, but I've gotten used to that.

Am I the only one that finds myself needing to view the online version of a review file instead of just relying on the comments I can see in InDesign?
