Appearance dark theme not matching the settings or OS. I selected dark theme but pasteboard and window top bar light grey. It should be uniform dark.
Other issue is workspaces often does not show up after launching app requiring me to select a workspace other than my custom setting to show up on screen and only then can I select my custom workspace to have it show up. If I select my custom workspace right away after launch when no windows or tools show up nothing happens the screen stays without any panels or tools. Clearly a bug

The pasteboard appearing gray is intentional—you're in the preview display mode, which uses a neutral gray color. If you switch to the normal display mode (w key to toggle) the pasteboard will change to the theme you selected.
But I am also have trouble with custom workspaces not saving as defaults/resetting every time a new document is opened or InDesign restarts. I've tried resetting preferences and reinstalling.
