About once a week I find that the hand tool shortcut stops working.
Restarting InDesign doesn't resolve the issue, however restarting the computer does.

Space bar continues to work in all other capacities (including as a spacebar, as I'm experiencing the bug right now and yet still able to add spaces into this text box)
