Switching between Cross Reference "Link To" types causes Crash

- New Hyperlink Destination: saved a Text Anchor (paragraph includes a graphic so I don't want to use the Cross Reference > Link To Paragraph option in this instance.)
- Cross-References palette hamburger
- Insert Cross-Reference...
- Change Link To from Paragraph to Text Anchor and it crashes. (I want to use Cross Reference instead of Hyperlink so it will include dynamic page number.)
See attached crash reports and screenshots (you'll know which goes with which by time indicated in file names).
This is super frustrating and is hindering the project's progress. Please fix/stabilize soon.
