resize document view

I am using Indesign 17.2. When I try to resize the art board by clicking on the bottom right corner, the whole thing automatically becomes larger than my screen so that I have no way to adjust it from there.

The uploaded image shows the bottom of my screen without any way to access the bottom of the document.

    same problem here! I've just installed 17.2. is there a way to go back to the previous version, PLEASE?
