ONLY the "Tool" keyboard shortcuts such as "W", "A", "V", the "Spacebar" Hand Toggle, and "Shift+W" are not working. All other keyboard shortcuts involving "CTRL" or "ALT" work just fine. It is the same on my Photoshop as well. I am using the "default" keyboard shortcuts in the preferences. I have tried uninstalling and re-installing Indesign, and restarting the machine multiple times, opening InDesign with no other programs open, and other numerous solves on other treads.

My keyboard is not the issue, I am using a remote desktop for work and all of these shortcuts work fine on my local windows machine, but when I switch to my virtual machine they do not work.

Every once in a while, if I press the spacebar the hand tool will flicker on and turn back off immediately.

I am running on InDesign 17.1, Windows 10, x64, 24GB RAM
