3 page master page spread (book cover). Unable to resize just the spine, the page tool selects ALL pages on the spread. I have discovered that the page tool works as expected when using any of the 'canned' workspaces, but using my (or any) custom workspace 'breaks' the page tool's functionality of being able to select a single page of a spread. Liquid Layout on or off makes no difference.
InDesign 16.3.2 on Mac OS Catalina.

It was also on 2023.You are right about the workspaces. At least you helped me with the workaround.
