Artefact issues with Accessible PDFs.
Elements on the master page are not tagged as artifacts, according to PAC 3.
Not even with a corresponding style that has this property.

This behavior also applies to these elements on a normal page:
- Table borders
- Paragraph border
- Column rules
...
This is a big problem because these elements have to be defined manually as artifacts. This can quickly be hundreds of elements.

Its is a bug, yes. Would be great if fixed.
Workaround: Instead of defining it as artifact in InDesign you can use a preflight correction in Acrobat to artifact al untagged objects. This is much faster.
