Share for Review from InDesign Book 'artifact' error
When I try to share chapters from a book for review the Share for Review either doesn't function beyond clicking the 'Share for Review' 'Create New Review' or populates the details with the wrong file name and then fails to proceed (giving an 'artefact' error.
I solved it by doing the chapters one at a time with no other chapters open and the InDesign Book closed - but it took me a few hours to work this out.
Even when doing the chapters separately their Title Field of the Share for Review document is sometimes the previous document's name and I have to go back a step or use the delete review copy option to get a fresh (and correct) start.

I'm in the final editing round of this document and my client can't get an updated version of the file because I just get a "There was an error updating the artifact" warning when I click Update Content. I got it to update once yesterday but never again. This feature gets less functional the longer I work on a file, the larger the file gets. Sending my client a whole bunch of links to new unnecessary versions of the file confuses them and I end up with edits on previous iterations, which doesn't help me edit my document.
This is an awesome feature and I don't want to go back to hand-written print-out edits. Please fix this!

This bug is driving me insane. I should not have to log out of, and then back into, my CC account in order to make it work (which it does - once per login). We pay a lot of money for this software and the ability to work collaboratively is utterly essential. FIX IT PLEASE. There is clearly some sort of cache error or something going on which clashes with previous attempts to update the cloud artefact.
