This issue was fixed in InDesign v15.1.2 and later.
Please update to the latest available versions and see if the issue(s) you were facing earlier has got resolved.
Remember to check how you are signed into your CC account and if need be, sign out and sign in again. Since Share for Review is a service and dependent on your login to your Adobe ID account, it is important that CCD app is working well with your credentials.

The issue has been fixed in the latest release of InDesign – InDesign 2021.
Please update to this new version of InDesign to get the fix.—

An error occurred while saving the comment Dave Cochrane commentedBeing able to share ONLY a selected block of text for review would be an enormous time saver. I work for a university and asking staff to trawl through an entire prospectus to find their own section to edit every time makes Share for Review quite laborious.

This bug is driving me insane. I should not have to log out of, and then back into, my CC account in order to make it work (which it does - once per login). We pay a lot of money for this software and the ability to work collaboratively is utterly essential. FIX IT PLEASE. There is clearly some sort of cache error or something going on which clashes with previous attempts to update the cloud artefact.
