Shortcuts 'Open' and 'New' not working when ID starts for the first time after quit
Key commands for 'Open' and 'New' are not working when InDesign starts for the first time after quit or restart.
However as a workaround I've discovered I can get things working again if I go to InDesign > Preferences > General and just click OK . For some reason that brings the functionality back.
Please provide a patch soon :)

I just updated my ID to CC2021 InDesign 16.4 and the problem still persists. Adobe, please fix this soon, shouldn't be too hard since it works fine after creating the first new document manually using mouse after restart.
