Small interface and large cursors with duel monitors on Windows with Indesign 2021
I am using a 15' Dell laptop with 27' Asus monitor and whenever I move the InDesign window from my laptop to my larger monitor to work on, the interface stays small and pixelated. The cursor is overly large and I am unable to change the UI interface to fix this. The bug has disrupted my workflow and ability to utilize all of InDesign's feature effectively.

I had the same problem. Dell XPS 15 laptop with a Dell second screen. Windows 11.
The solution that worked for me was on this thread:

Close all Adobe applications.
Right click on "my computer" icon
Click properties
Select Advanced System Settings or Advanced Tab (Based on your OS)
Click on the "Environment Variables..." button.
Click New... button on System Variables section, You can also set this in User Variables section, if you would like to keep the change limited to current logged in user
In the "New system variable" dialog, enter UI_SCALE_FACTOR in variable name field
Enter 1 in the Variable value field
Click OK
Launch InDesign and check if it is resolved. -

One of my users has the same issue. He has a laptop connected to two monitors. When he moves InDesign to his laptop's screen, the mouse cursor is smaller, but as soon as he moves ID to his monitors, it becomes huge.

I have the same problem. The cursor is the correct size in the tool bars and menus but oversized in the workspace. This occurs on my monitor but not my laptop display. I have tried every suggested fix with no success. I'm running Indesign CC 2021 on a Lenovo 15" with Windows 10. My monitor is a 24" NEC. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Same problem in Adobe InDesign 2021. Windows Surface Book to Dual Monitors. The cursor is huge in the page workspace, but normal/appropriately sized when over dropdown menus and tool bars.
I've tried all sorts of display settings and nothing has worked. Likewise the suggested fixes from years prior don't apply. My issue is limited to InDesign, as the cursor renders normally sized in Illustrator 2021 and Photoshop 2021.

I am going crazy because of this. I also have a Dell 15" laptop (4k res) and 28" Dell monitor with (QHD res). The funny thing is that just over a week ago the mouse pointer was fine on the same setup, but now for some reason the pointer is f****** huge! Can't find any solution for this. I've sniffed through many forums but every post is from cca 5 years ago and unfortunatly nothing dose the trick.
