I have an Adobe creative account where I worked on Indesign v 15 a few weeks ago, but for a few weeks now when Indesign v 16 appeared, I can't upgrade to the new version.
The message is "you do not have a compatible Windows system" although my version of Windows is Windows PRO 10 version 2004.
Why can't I upgrade?
I am enclosing the configuration of my computer and the error message that appears to me.
