Not able to scroll down beyond page 2-3 spread

I have a 6-page document in spreads. I am unable to scroll down beyond pages 2-3 spread.

InDesign 15.0.3 x64

Please can you share a sample document along with a small video showing the issue?
Also, are you on Mac or Windows machine?
