Lock the spread so it does not move when searching for text.

To clarify why this is a good idea: as you search through a long document, the spread bounces around and the found text is frequently covered up by the search box. For example, I do a GREP find/change to put longer acronyms in small caps. During the search I frequently have to use the "keep spread in window command" to see the found text and determine if I want to apply small caps. It's a real pain and completely unnecessary.
