Using CC InDesign 2019 14.0.3 on a Mojave 10.14.6 MacBookPro

For some unknown reason, for the last 3 months or so every time I export a pdf with any print marks, the page size is increased by 4.4mm on every side of the page ... eg I set up a document as A4 (297x210mm) with a 3mm bleed, set my content and then export it with print marks I get a 4.4mm increase on each side of every page - ie the resulting document size is 311.8 x 224.8mm instead of 303 x 216mm

This causes major issues with submitting files online for printers that use automated systems as the file is rejected as the wrong size.

I've spoken to support and apparently this is a known issue, but PLEASE FIX IT ASAP - TIA!
