Indesign window appears on multiple desktops on MacOS 10.13.6 When changing desktop the window stays on top of everything

Yes, I've started seeing this problem. InDesign is on my secondary (larger) monitor, and regardless of which desktop I switch to on that monitor, InDesign persists. The only exception seems to be if Illustrator is on the desktop I switch to, then InDesign stays away.
I don't see this issue with any other programs, Adobe or otherwise.
