As confirmed by a customer over the thread that the issue is fixed in InDesign 2020(v15.1.2.226).

We recommend you upgrade to either InDesign 2020(v15.1.2.226) or to the latest InDesign 2021(v16.0.0.77) for the fix.

If you are unable to see the update, go to the Creative Cloud application and click on the context menu on the top right and click on Check for App Updates.

I have the same problem in Chrome, have just logged a separate bug report. It doesn't happen in IE or Edge. Very frustrating. If it's not fixed very shortly I'm going to need to find a different product/solution to display my catalogues on our members-only, paid content website.

Using: InDesign 14.0.1, Chrome Version 71.0.3578.98 (Official Build) (64-bit)

I see someone has already posted this bug, but on Firefox, so this is to let you know that it also happens on Chrome.

    To reproduce problem:
Embed a Publish Online document in a WordPress website.
    Click Read Now
Document opens in full screen mode but only shows a thumbnail in the top left of the screen instead of showing the full A4 page at 100%. Scrolling through pages will change the page number down the bottom (e.g. 2/2 but still displays image for page 1).

Attached: screenshot of a published online document. Have scrolled to page 2 but shows page 1 and only as a thumbnail in top left.

This problems does not occur in Internet Explorer or Microsoft Edge. Most of my clients are however using Chrome as it is a far more popular browser.

This is a serious problem, as I have invested a lot over the years in embedding Publish Online pages in my members only, paid content website.

I'd appreciate a fix asap please.
