CC libraries
CC Libraries doesn't load up properly, the drop down menu only stays open if I hold down left click on the mouse and doesn't load the library I want when I release.
This bug has only come since the most recent update to CC2018 13.1. Running High Sierra on an iMac Pro 2017

I do have the same problems. Impossible to work with objects from the library because it is permamentely reloading.

Any updates to this? It's really really (really) annoying that this is still a problem

None of my libraries work at all. CC libraries crashes InDesign, as does uses the old library. I spent two hours on a screen share with two different Adobe tech support people and one of them fixed it briefly, but now the problem is back. InDesign crashes about 20x per day.

I am having the same problem on a windows 7 machine. Library panel will open and then disappear. I have reset preferences, logged out of adobe account and logged back in and it still doesn't work. Same behavior is happening in Illustrator with the libraries, so it has something to do with the syncing.
