InDesign CC2018 is not compatible with Nvidia GPU anymore
With NVIDIA GeForce GTX 680MX 2 GB and MacOS High Sierra 10.13.3,
pictures in boxes are going to be greyed, when manipulate the border/box. They are also going to be greyed when moving the content. With CC2017 it works properly. I was in contact with a chat support person already, who can proof this.

Same issue with NVIDIA GeForce GTX 675MX - according to OpenGL sites this should work with InDesign, however InDesign says no Compatible GPU and Monitor detected.
This is in my iMac (Late 2012) running MacOS High Sierra 10.13.6 InDesign 13.1 - it's the latest CC version anyhow.
