I have just upgraded my MAC to Catalina so I could use all of the updated Adobe programs. I work off a server and now my files dont open on double click.

My coworkers and I are having the same issue since upgrading to Windows 10. We have to either right click > Open with (we all have ID set as the default for opening INDD files) or drag/drop the file into ID itself.

Updated to InDesign 2018 and High Sierra. Now my files don't open on double click or once I open InDesign. I have to restart several times before I can open an existing file.

I have the same issue. Running Mac OS X El Capitan with the latest 2018 Cloud Indesign. EVERY time I double click a file to open it the program crashes. Sometimes on the 2nd or 3rd try the program stays running.

I can't open my .indd file when i doubleclick on it. I have to open InDesign before, and open by the program.
