Glyphs "alternates for selection"
Glyphs panel: When I choose Show: Alternates for Selection, no alternates display even though there are several alternates for the selection the fonts I am using. I have tried with many fonts over the years and it still doesn't work.

still not fixed ... it is hard to identiy this "bug" - i compared glyphs panels in AI and InDesign
In AI there are 6 alternatives shown / in InDesign only 2 - see attached file
my setup
MAC PRO 2013 - MAC OSX 10.15.7
ADOBE INDESIGN 16.0 / ILLUSTRATOR 25.0 / 2021
Font - Banthers - licensed version -

Thanks for pointing this out.
Can you mention which font and its version which is showing incorrect results?
Also can you please add a screenshot showing what you are seeing in the glyph panel?-Aman
